A typical Tibetan Buddhist woman spinning the prayer wheels at Boudhanath Stupa. She requested that I take her photo so I did.
At the northern part of Boudhanath Stupa. These two statues represent security of the Lord Buddha. I strongly believe that Lord Buddha is the light and these statues keep constant the light of knowledge he spreads. I wanted to capture that in this photo

Buddhist prayer flag. These are very important in all Buddhist rituals. I took the photo because I'm interested in Buddhism, it feels natural.

It was evening time when I took this photo. You can always see lots of Buddhist worshippers in the evening on their way home from work. It's like a resting place for people and we can see many Buddhist monks and nuns at this time too
I took this photo of prayer flags at Boudhanath Stupa. Prayer flags symbolise peace and we believe that if you hang them around the home or temple you will be safe from harm.
